30 DAY EASY RETURN POLICY.
Our 30 day easy return policy is specifically designed to remove the fear and uncertainty of LEDs for individual consumers. Simply try any of our products for 30 Days. If you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days, return the products to us for a full refund of the product costs.
Upon receiving your returned product back at our warehouse, you will receive a refund via the payment method used when you placed your order. If you desire to purchase a different product, please place a new order with us.
Oh yes, a couple conditions do apply. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All products must be returned in as-new, re-sellable condition, in original retail packaging. Products with damaged packaging (dented or crushed) will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. We cannot accept product with destroyed, unusable or missing packaging. Credit will not be issued for product returned without original retail packing and buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reclaim product from LEDMyplace.

HIGH VALUE ORDERS
30 day easy return policy is design specifically with the home user in mind. Due to the extra cost associated with shipping large orders, a restock fee may be assessed to high value orders. If your order exceeds $1500, please call us directly at 888-972-6211 and ask for the returns department .
DAMAGED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
30 day easy return policy Does Not Cover Damaged or Refused Shipments. Packages damaged in shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt by calling us at 888-972-6211. LEDMyplace will not accept responsibility for refused packages.
We will open a claim with the carrier and arrange for replacements as quickly as possible for all damaged products.

Tracking information is provided via email following shipment of your orders. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will ship the following business day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered Service Days for Express deliveries. For questions regarding any orders , please call 888-972-6211 during standard business hours (8am to 6pm EST Monday-Friday). As part of our efforts to provide superior customer service, orders are typically processed shortly after being placed. Please note once an order has reached a certain level in the fulfillment process, it may be too late to modify or cancel. P.O. Boxes Orders shipped via UPS require a physical street address for accurate delivery. UPS is unable to deliver to a PO Box located with the local Post Office. Orders shipped to a PO Box are ineligible for delivery by UPS and may incur additional shipping charges for which the customer may be assessed responsibility. Disclaimer : There may be shipping delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. LEDMyplace.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather or carrier service interruptions. Requests for replacement product or credit to your account for merchandise claimed shipped but not received are subject to our investigation.
