Our Return Policy/The Return and Refund Policy
Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order with us as that relieves you of making any judgemental error. Once you place an order with us, we will understand that you have carefully read, understood and agree to our return policy.
At LEDMyPlace, we are totally committed to manufacturing and selling of high-quality products ensuring, therefore, the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Our 24/7 customer service center ensures that all your queries and complaints are handled and resolved in the best possible manner by eliminating an out-of-court settlement. However, in an unlikely circumstance, you may like to return the product, if the product does not match your expectations.
General Policy Regarding Returns:
30 Days Return Policy: In case of any dissatisfaction with the product, remember to contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product. A refund can be arranged only after a proper assessment of the returned product before which we would always expect a reason to be stated in the return form duly filled by you. Once we decide to refund, you will receive your payment excluding any freight charges. Please remember that we will not accept any product for either return or exchange after 30 days from the date of shipment.
You must make sure to return the product/s in original packaging and with freight charges prepaid. The product must be unused and must be in a condition for resale. If we do not receive the product in its original condition, a service fee may apply which will be deducted from your refund other than the freight or shipment charges.
Once the shipment has been received by us at our warehouse, you will receive the refund via the same method of payment you chose when you first placed an order with us.
Please understand that once the shipment has been received back into our system, we will try to expedite the process as soon as possible by sending a refund request to your bank but some banks may take more than 5 days to process those refunds. We expect you to be patient with us.
Here’s what you can do to return the product :
Online Returns: Please select the ‘Online Return’ section under our order management system and fill up the ‘Request form’ or---- and fill it up completely. Make sure you print the return request label and paste on the outside of the shipment. This process can be facilitated online without even calling the ‘customer service center’. Please state the customer name, the invoice number, serial number if applicable and the reason for return.
Call or Email: Please call our customer service at (888) 972-6211 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be ready with the following information on hand when making a call:
The customer’s name;
The invoice number;
The serial number if any; and
The reason for return
Exchange Policy: Once we have received the original shipment back at our warehouse, we will ship the new product placed as an ‘exchange order’. For any queries, call up our customer service center at (888) 972-672.
Custom order: If your order was customized as per your preference, it may be difficult to either exchange, cancel (after the shipment has been dispatched) or return the shipment.
High-Value Order: This is an exception to the 30-day return policy. If you have placed a high-value order with us, a restocking fee may apply after assessing the shipment costs due to the high value of the order.
If your order value is worth $1500 and above, please call us directly at (888) 972-6211 and raise your concern regarding the return.
Order received with a manufacturing defect: If the product received by you has got a manufacturing defect, it must be reported to us within 5 working days of receipt of the product so that we can arrange for another shipment for the same product. You can arrange for a call at (888) 972-6211.
Order received with a damaged product: The package received with a damaged product in the shipment must be reported to us within 5 working days of the receipt. In order to report to us, you must call up the customer service center at (888) 972-6211 so that we can open a claim with the carrier and make arrangements for the replacement via another shipment.
Precaution: As a precaution, you must remember that LEDMyPlace takes no guarantee or responsibility for the package that was refused by you as a customer.
