obviously hot on one end and neutral the other? as opposed to the type that have hot and neutral on one end, dummy on other end
These are double ended fixture, power and neutral on the opposite ends.
The tube i am trying to replace with this says it is a F36T8 which we assumed was 3' but it physically measures 32" long. Will the 3' LED SN001 work to convert from Fluorescent to LED?
These LED sign tubes are double ended, you can choose your size and it will work fine. Please make sure you have the HO fixture R17.

These tubes come in different lengths from 2ft to 10ft. Yes they are the direct replacement for 4ft HO led "Ballast Bypass" tubes .
